Can People Change?

Do people really change? I always thought they didn’t, until I noticed that I myself have made a 180 degree switch so why couldn’t others? It’s hard to think someone has changed if they have wronged you in the past. You will always associate that specific thing to that person. But what if they genuinely have changed? I think it takes so much courage to look past the wrongs and to look at the rights. I guess since I changed, my opinions have changed too. I do believe people can change, because I am living proof of that. You have to work everyday at it, but I think it’s possible. I think what’s harder to change than a person is the perception you have of that person in your mind. As long as you think of a person in a certain way, they will never change to you, regardless of how much they have actually changed. So do you guys believe that people can change?

Topic?

It’s funny how things work out. I always hated writing and here I am writing a blog, which actually has readers. I thoroughly enjoy writing about mental health, as I have been through hell and back. I am at the back part, and I haven’t been able to access topics like I use to, because things have been getting better. So I ask you, is there a topic that you would like to discuss on here?

Last Day?

How would you live life is today was your last day? While some people find this inspiring to go after their dreams, I find it quite a morbid topic. If today was my last day I would sit in a corner and let my anxiety take over until the day was finished. So I want to reword that question, how would you live life if today you completely ignored your mental illness? It is acknowledged, but you don’t let it have the same hold on you. What would you guys do?
